SYNOPSIS

mast_record [options] <address>[/<port>] <filename>

DESCRIPTION

mast_record(1) recieves audio from an RTP stream, decodes the audio and then writes it to an audio file on disk using libsndfile.

The port number should be an even number (RTCP reports are sent one port higher). If no port number is specified, then the default RTP port number (5004) is used.

OPTIONS

-h

Return usage and version information.

-l

List the available audio output formats:

.aiff    AIFF (Apple/SGI 16 bit PCM)
.aifc    AIFF (Apple/SGI 32 bit float)
.au      AU (Sun/Next 16 bit PCM)
.caf     CAF (Apple 16 bit PCM)
.flac    FLAC 16 bit
.vox     OKI Dialogic VOX ADPCM
.wav     WAV (Microsoft 16 bit PCM)
